The Atlanta Braves will look to sweep the opening series in Philadelphia on Easter Sunday. After two dominant wins, the Braves send Chris Sale to the mound to make his Braves debut against fellow-lefty Ranger Suarez.

Braves vs. Phillies Spread: Braves (-1.5) +120 Odds

Atlanta is the road favorite in this one with a -1.5 spread at +120 odds. Philly has -145 odds to cover. With Atlanta’s offense seemingly picking up where they left off last year (not talking about the Postseason) and the Braves bullpen outmatching the Phillies, I like the Braves at -1.5.

Riley Player Props vs. Phillies and Suarez

Ranger Suarez has been pretty good against the Braves over the years. However there are a couple of Atlanta batters who have had his number. Austin Riley is one of them. Riley has a career triple slash line of .350/.458/.750 against Suarez.

Riley has just one hit on the season and he’s due for a breakout game. This seems like a good opportunity against the left-handed Suarez.

You can get Riley at over 0.5 hits with -240 odds.

Austin Riley over 1.5 total bases at +110 might be more appealing. Four of his seven hits off of Suarez have been extra-bases (2 doubles, 2 homers).

If you are really feeling froggy, Austin Riley to homer has +325 odds.

Austin Riley Atlanta Braves Home Limited Player Jersey from MLBShop.com

This piece is inspired by the same jerseys your Atlanta Braves wear on the field. The breathable, moisture-wicking fabric will keep you cool and dry on those hot summer days at the ballpark.

Beware of Albies vs. Suarez

We all love Ozzie Albies against lefties, but Albies is slashing just .167/.211/.333 against Suarez (18 ABs).

Adam Duvall Player Props vs. Phillies Ranger Suarez

As of this writing, we don’t know if the Braves will continue to let the hot hand of Jarred Kelenic roll in leftfield today or if they will platoon over to Duvall vs. the lefty. Should the Braves go with Adam Duvall, I like his chances at a hit or two total bases. In just nine at-bats against Suarez, Duvall has two homers.

Acuna Player Props vs. Phillies

Ronald Acuna Jr. hasn’t hit Suarez all that well, but he’s the MVP. I really enjoy pairing an Acuna steal with a run or two total bases.

You can an Acuna SB + R parlay at +400 odds.

Last season, Acuna stole a base in 60 different games. In those 60 games, he scored a run in 44 of them.
